Analysis & Commentary

Wedgetail. Pic DefenceAustralia spends some AUD$22 billion a year on Defence; roughly one third of that is spent on acquiring, upgrading and sustaining capital equipment. Rumour Control will provide reports and comments on aspects of Australia’s defence capability development and acquisition policies and programs.

It is also preparing a series of papers analysing specific programs and projects. Some of these papers may be downloaded for free; others will require payment. Papers relating to Defence R&D and the commercialisation of defence-related IP will largely be free as they are derived from research carried out as part of the editor's Ph.D studies into factors affecting the successful commercialisation of defence-related intellectual property.
